Richard graduated in Sportstudies at Windesheim. During his studies he developed a passion for outdoor and worked for several outdoor companies throughout his college time. This experience, combined with his drive and the conviction that he could offer something better and more professional, resulted in establishing Lifestyle Adventures in 1990. Initially an organisation that offered outdoor/teambuilding activities to companies. PriceWaterhouseCoopers, DSM, Nashuatec and UWV were among his first clients.
His eagerness to develop himself, and his company, resulted in becoming a (DISC) trainer, supervisor, coach, mediator and obtaining a master in conflict management (MCM).
After studying account management and Business Psychology, Cathelijne started her career in the temp agency world (reintegration, recruitment and selection).
This is where she developed her expertise in creating opportunities for and guiding (young) people. Throughout her career, Cathelijne had the opportunity to get close insight in how businesses – varying from big corporate or industrial organisations to small/medium businesses – face challenges in dealing with Human Capital. To her dissatisfaction, a lot
of human potential seemed wasted.
Cathelijne’s interest in human potential was also expressed through her love for (career)coaching. After obtaining her diploma at The Coach Academy and Adviesbureau Hoogendijk she started coaching people on a daily basis. Her strength is her focus on someone’s drive and dreams, while guiding them towards realizing their goals.
