HOW DOES IT WORK?

In our team development programs, Lifestyle Adventures works with the PROF-method we have designed based on several evidence-based theories about team development. The PROF-method makes it clear that there are several variables and factors involved in the composition and building of a team. 

All team programs are practical (they contain indoor and outdoor activities), interactive, powerful, confrontational (focused on growth), result-oriented and they lead to successful cooperation
